Volunteer with Her Well Center
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of survivors of trauma? Her Well Center, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to join our mission in providing trauma-informed care, advocacy, and support services to women and families affected by sexual trauma and intimate partner violence.
As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of roles that support our community, including:
- Event Planning & Advocacy: Help organize our fundraising events, raise awareness, and advocate for survivors.
- Case Management & Hospital Accompaniment: Support survivors through case management and offer companionship during hospital visits or legal appointments.
- Social Media & Marketing: Share stories of healing and hope while promoting our mission across social media platforms.
- Spiritual Discipleship & Support: Walk alongside survivors in their faith journey through prayer, Bible studies, and spiritual guidance.
- Legal Assistance & Grant Writing: Use your legal expertise or grant writing skills to further our work and ensure we continue to provide essential services.
- Administration & Meal Preparation: Assist in administrative duties and provide meals for support groups or events.

Requirements:
- Background Check: All volunteers must complete a criminal background check.
- Active Participation: To remain an active volunteer, you must contribute at least 6 times per year.
